Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Sales Executives to join our dynamic team. The role is field-based and target-oriented, suitable for individuals passionate about sales, client interaction, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit clients/customers in assigned territory to promote and sell company products/services
  • Generate new leads and follow up on existing leads to achieve monthly sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business
  • Prepare and deliver presentations or product demos as needed
  • Maintain daily records of meetings, leads, and sales reports
  • Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and customer support
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets within the designated timeline

Eligibility

  • Fresher or Experienced Candidates (0–2+ years) in field sales or relevant domain
  • Minimum 10th/12th pass or Graduate (preferred)
  • Good communication and convincing skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment
  • Should have own two-wheeler (preferred but not mandatory)

Salary Package

  • Base Salary: ₹15,000/month (Freshers)
  • Base Salary: ₹30,000/month (Experienced)
  • Conveyance Allowance: ₹5,000/month
  • Incentives: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 (Performance-based)

Target Structure
